Services for your future
Whether you need a pension calculation, pension planning or support with applications - I offer you comprehensive advice on all aspects of your pension. Find out more about all the individual solutions and how I can help you achieve the best possible protection for your retirement.
Statutory pension insurance (general)
Statutory pension insurance law is characterised by many changes and innovations. It is almost impossible for individuals to maintain an overview and understand which individual entitlements apply from which point in time. There is often not just one solution. It is much more important to develop an individual strategy from the sum of the possibilities and to make the right pension decision. I would be happy to work with you to develop precisely this individual strategy as a basis for decision-making!
Statutory pension insurance (international)
Today's world of work is international and will become even more so in the future. Many careers are linked to working abroad in a wide variety of countries. What many people do not realise: Many countries have so-called social security agreements that ensure that periods of employment in these countries are taken into account in the German statutory pension insurance. You need to actively take care of this, ideally as soon as possible. I will be happy to take care of this for you - also completely in English.
Occupational pension scheme
Due to your work, you are currently a member of an occupational pension scheme or may have been in the past. In this case, your pension entitlements are based on the statutes of your occupational pension scheme. Whether you claim your retirement pension at the standard retirement age or at an earlier date can have a significant impact on the amount of the benefit. It is particularly important to bear in mind the long-term nature of the decision. Together we will find the right solution for you.
Company pension scheme
Increasingly, many employees have a supplementary company pension scheme (CPS) in addition to their regular pension entitlement. Entitlements vary greatly depending on the sector and company. It is important to harmonise the statutory pension entitlements with the CPS so that you have an optimal overall package when you retire. Let's put this together jointly.
Health insurance (if applicable with reference to a statutory pension)
When you retire, it is important to clarify your health insurance status for retirement. The amount of health and long-term care insurance contributions you have to pay in retirement depends largely on this and therefore directly affects your financial security in old age. Let us discuss this individually.
Rehabilitation
In addition to pensions, you can also claim medical rehabilitation benefits from the statutory pension insurance scheme if your ability to work is threatened or has been reduced for health reasons and can be averted or improved with such a measure. However, further requirements must be met for this. If you need support or advice on how to apply, please do not hesitate to contact me. In any case, if you are formally requested by your health insurance company to submit such an application, we should review the process.
Representation in court
I am authorised to represent you in objection and legal proceedings before the social and regional social court. This is particularly important in contentious cases in order to effectively enforce your claims.

Frequently asked questions
I would be happy to address your questions directly during a consultation. However, if you'd like to learn more beforehand, I've compiled the most frequently asked questions for you below
Can I contact you without obligation?
Of course, you can get in touch with me first without any obligation. The first step is to find out together whether and how I can help you. In this preliminary meeting, we will discuss any necessary steps and the associated costs. You then decide whether you want to take these steps with me.
Why should I seek pension advice from you?
Early pension planning is crucial for ensuring a secure retirement. With so many options to consider, it can be challenging to navigate them all. The legal framework is complex and constantly changing. My advice will provide you with a clear overview, tailored to your individual needs and preferences.
What costs will I incur?
The consultancy costs for my services are a worthwhile investment in your future and are based on the statutory provisions of the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG). Complexity and effort determine the cost framework, which I will of course provide you with in advance as part of the non-binding preliminary consultation.
In addition, the consultancy costs are tax-deductible as income-related expenses.
What distinguishes your pension advice from other free services?
Free providers usually only offer advice on statutory pension insurance. My advice, on the other hand, goes beyond this and also includes occupational pension schemes, company pension schemes and health insurance aspects. With me, you get the right overall package; let's put it together.
How does a pension consultation with you work?
- In the preliminary consultation, we will clarify your counselling needs and any necessary measures.
- You will receive a questionnaire from me prior to the detailed consultation, allowing me to prepare in a targeted and personalized manner.
- During the consultation, which lasts about an hour, there will be time and space for all your questions.
- If it becomes clear during the consultation that further steps are needed, you are free to decide whether you'd like to proceed with my support. Of course, we will also discuss any additional costs in advance.
What questions can I ask you?
Questions that I can help you with are, for example:
- ‘Is my pension insurance data complete & correct?’
- ‘I would like to retire earlier or as early as possible. Is that possible? Can I afford it? What do I need to bear in mind?’
- ‘I am insured in my occupational pension scheme, but I also have a statutory pension account. Will that be added together?’
- ‘What pension entitlement do I have in Germany, even if I worked abroad for a few years?’
- ‘What do I have to bear in mind if I receive a company pension in addition to my normal pension?’
- ‘The pension insurance scheme counts my own income towards my widow's pension. Is that correct? What can I do?’
Can you help me, even if I have not always lived or worked in Germany?
It depends on the countries in which you have lived or worked. Many countries have social security agreements that ensure that periods of employment or residence in these countries are considered in the German pension scheme. We can check this for you and discuss - in English, of course.
What if I can't find all the documents that may be important?
This is not a problem in the first instance. It is always possible to obtain specific information on pension data that has already been reported/registered. If there is missing data or gaps in your insurance history, there are usually several ways to provide credible evidence of this at a later date. I will be happy to assist you with this.
